I would highly recommend this company to anyone traveling this area it will definitely be my number my one stop when returning through this state. Today I was in desperate need of a replacement battery for my 2013 Dodge SXT on my way back from vacation in El Paso, Tx. On about my 200 mile marker I stopped at a rest stop and upon returning to my vehicle my vehicle would not start ue to the drained battery cells. I was able to get a jump at that rest stop by a wonderful older couple and on to a gas station 40 minutes down the intersate where I filled up gas and had to get another jump. I started looking for batteries prices and called AutoZone, Napa, O'Reilly and I landed at All Tire & Auto LLC. When I called the company they were extremely patient with my desperate need of a battery. Over the phone James found a compatible battery which would work and was about to replace it until further investigation into the size difference of the battery so he called Napa himself to not only find out the differences but to ask if my battery was under warranty. It was!!! When I called Napa they didn't ask me that question. The technician could have easily charge me for the replacement battery and not have taken a second guess on to the condition of the warranty of my current battery. I was about to pay $160 roughly for the replacement however because of the technicians diligence and customer service and willingness to save the customer money and grief I now have to pay $75 with the replacement from Napa with all entire LLC completing the installation. Treat others the way you want to be treated what the friendly cashier Casey told me!!!! Awesome place love it!!!
We had a blow out and they helped us. They made sure we were taken care of. They did their best deal for us and had us on our way in 15 mins.
