Full hookups with passport America came to 23.35. For this place, which has mobile home trailers, it should have been no more than $13.00. I stay all over the us and while this place was clean and nice, there were NO other RVers present and office was never open. I had to go ask the owners grand daughter in order to pay. They didn't seem to want to be bothered. NO PIE. Must be off season???
We unexpectedly stayed here for two nights when we had some trouble with our diesel truck. It was the first place we came to off I-10. Pam at the office was very nice & helpful and gave us a business card to her husband who happened to be a diesel mechanic! One quick call to him and he helped confirm our problem. We had the part overnight and back on the road! Thanks so much, Pam & James!
Level sites and easy to park 45' motorhome. Ok water pressure, road nose but ok for the night. Additional fees for utilities, cable or ? were added to Passport America rate. Rex Allen museum in town was interesting!
New owners since last year. Still have a ways to go as camp is still rough around the edges. Family managed friendly. I would stay again but keep your expectations in check. Inexpensive and close to I-10 with cable. Only thing that bugged me was pay shower. 6 min. is 50 cents.
Stayed overnight. Easy on and off I10. Staff was great. Would recommend to anyone. We were there in a truck with 28' trailer.
